<p>The “Prateeksha” mansion is worth around Rs 50.63 crore. It is said to be the megastar’s first residence in the city and one of the three bungalows in the neighborhood that the Bachchan family is believed to possess.</p>
<p>As per the records obtained from the property registration data aggregator Zapkey.Com, Bachchan completed the home transfer on November 9 as a present for his daughter and paid the stamp duty amount of Rs 50.65 lakh.</p>
<p>Spread over two plots totaling 674 square meters and 890.47 square meters, the home in the Vitthalnagar Cooperative Housing Society is valued at more than Rs 50.63 crore.</p>
<p>In addition, he paid the Rs 200 registration cost for each of the two donated plots.</p>
<p>Amitabh Bachchan and his wife Jaya Bachchan held the larger, 890.47 square meter land, while Amitabh Bachchan alone owned the smaller one.</p>
