On the occasion of International HR Day, IHCL Goa celebrates the invaluable contribution of Human Resources professionals who continue to shape the future of hospitality through people-first leadership, empathy and innovation. Reflecting this year’s global theme, “Empower People to Lead Change,” the occasion recognises the critical role HR teams play in nurturing talent, fostering inclusive workplace cultures and driving meaningful transformation across the hospitality industry.

Speaking on the occasion,  Ranjit Phillipose, Sr. Vice President Operations, IHCL Goa, said: “Hospitality is, at its core, a people-driven industry, and our HR teams are the foundation that empowers individuals to grow, lead and create exceptional experiences every day.
